Homeopathy Heals comment:  This is similar to the EU Food Supplements Directive where companies had to submit scientific dossiers on every single ingredient in a vitamin food supplement, costing thousands of pounds.  Here in America it will costs millions of dollars, either bankrupting the industry or closing it down.

It is all caused by intense drug company lobbying to governments to try to outlaw any competition, i.e. natural health products.
