Steps to Perfect Health have been facilitating healthy holidays for the last 12 years combining Natures healing bounty with Ancient Wisdom and Modern Technology.

We provide a scientifically validated program of detoxification tailored to your exact needs so that in just 7 days you can cleanse your body of years of accumulated waste which is clogging up your system!

Our unique Detox Programme uses locally grown Raw Fruits and Vegetables and we grow our own Organic wheatgrass, sunflower sprout green juices and herbs.  This ensures the best quality produce, cost savings for you and respect for the environment!

Accommodation, gardens and facilities

Casa Chamaleao is a traditional rustic Portuguese farmhouse, nestled in the hills west of the quaint market town of Loule and just [12] kms from Faro airport. This idyllic setting provides a haven of peace and tranquillity where the gentle breeze and birdsong still the mind and relax the body.

All our detoxification retreats take into account the phases of the moon and are scheduled at the times when these influences maximise the powerful effects of our cleansing program.

Costs:

Our basic package is priced at £100 per day for the first 7 days and £75 for each additional day thereafter.
