Medikidz was set up by a group of doctors in order to explain medical information to children. Using the 'Medikidz' - 5 larger-than-life superheroes - they produce comic books to explain diseases to young patients.

They work alongside pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers to create paediatric patient information, which is then used as a unique marketing tool for the sales force to provide to physicians and surgeons. All of their material is written by doctors, peer reviewed by a medical advisory board of internationally renowned professors, and then transformed into dynamic graphic novels by an award winning team of artists. Think "Marvel meets Medicine" and you've got the concept.

They now publish 30 Medikidz comic book titles, ranging from dialysis and transfusion, scoliosis and all of the childhood cancers. Since launch in September 2009, they have had over 1,000,000 comic books commissioned globally, in 16 different languages.
